Eid Al-Adha..

Assalamualaikum...

I want to share a little story about how the occurence of Eid Al-Adha.The law of sacrifice is recommended muakkad (demand) for people who have excess facilities and assets. Similarly, the majority of scholars, including such great companion Abu Bakr, Umar al-Khattab, Ibn Mas'ud, may Allah etc., except Imam Abu Hanifah holds it MANDATORY for those who can afford it.

To double the reward of sacrifice, someone who is already beginning to do so are encouraged intend to refrain from cutting their hair and nails. It is based on the hadith narrated by Muslim that sohih, namely: -
Meaning: Whoever wants to slaughter (berkurban), and has entered the initial ten Muharram), then let him not cut any hair or nails until sacrifice UNTIL implemented "(Muslim, 3/39)
Eid Al-Adha.Eid al-Adha lasts for three days.
Eid Al-Adha also called Id -Ul -Zuha. Eid Al-Adha is an islamic festival to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) to follow Allah's (God's) command to sacrifice his son Ishmael.Muslims around the world observe this event.

Like Eid Ul-Fitr, Eid al-adha begins with a  sunnah prayer of two rakaah followed by a sermon (khutbah).   Eid al-Adha celebrations start after the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia by Muslims worldwide, descent from Mount Arafat. The date is approximately 70 days (2 Months & 10 days) after the end of the month of Ramadan, i.e. Eid-ul-Fitr. Ritual observance of the holiday lasts until sunset of the 12th day of Dhu al-Hijjah. Eid sacrifice may take place until sunset on the 13th Day. The days of Eid have been singled out in the Hadith as "days of remembrance". The days of Tashriq are from the Fajr of the 9th of Dhul Hijjah upto the Asr of the 13th of Dhul Hijjah (5 days and 4 nights). This equals 23 prayers: 5 on the 9th-12th which equal 20 and 3 on the 13th.

Just this that can I share with you all..Bye Waalaikumussalam
